1. The license gives you the right to use and install the system(s) on one personal computer only.

2. The license gives you the right to use the software for personal trading only.

3. Advanced Trading Systems Inc. retains all legal rights to the software, and is the legal owner of the software.

4. You can transfer the system(s) to another computer at any time. The first transfer is free.

5. You can install the system(s) on one personal "Lap Top" computer at 50% of the original cost.

6. The system(s) can only be used for personal use they cannot be used for commercial use.

7. You agree not to disclose the trading signals or messages generated by the software to any third person.
